Fairlington Meadows consists of 22 acres with 57 residential buildings, a pool and kiddie pool, a basketball court, two tennis courts, and a playground.
Today, Fairlington's attractive garden setting and tree-lined streets create a quiet, tranquil atmosphere just minutes from downtown Washington. Although there is always some turnover among residents, the community is remarkably stable.

Fairlington Meadows Annual Meeting
October 17, 2017 - Fairlington Cummunity Center
Fairlington Meadows Council of Co-Owners will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at the Fairlington Community Center, 3308 S. Stafford Street, Arlington, VA 22206. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will start promptly at 7:00. We encourage all co-owners to attend this meeting.
This year there are three Board positions up for election, each for a three-year term of office. The Board invites all civic-minded co-owners to volunteer either for a Board positon or to serve on one of our standing committees, which are: Buildings and Grounds, Court Chairpersons, Newsletter, Pool, and Recreation. Only co-owners may serve on the Board but all residents, including renters, may serve on the committees.
All volunteer positions are important to the smooth and efficient operation of the Association. If you would like to run for a position on the Board, please submit a short resume (including name, address, phone number and email address) to Sabiha Noorzai-Barbour at: Community Management Corp., 4840 Westfields Boulevard, Suite 300, Chantilly, VA 20151 or email her at email@example.com no later than September 6. Those wishing to serve on a committee should also contact Sabiha.
Nominations for the Board will also be taken from the floor at the annual meeting, but we encourage any co-owner who is interested in serving to submit a resume by the September 6 deadline so that your name may be included on the proxy card.

Swimming lessons are being offered to Meadows residents at the pool. The information is as follows:
